Meet Wendy & Darryl

For years, Wendy and Darryl led worship together at their small church in South Carolina — Darryl on guitar, Wendy at the piano, surrounded by the same team of musicians you hear on every AmoreTune song today. They're both in their sixties, and that church was their life's work.

Then a hurricane tore through their town and badly damaged the building. After months of trying, there just wasn't enough left in the offering plate to rebuild. The church closed its doors for good.

Wendy and Darryl didn't want to put their instruments down — so they didn't. They gathered the same musicians who used to stand beside them on a Sunday morning and started writing songs for anyone who wanted one: birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, the moments people want to hold onto forever.

That's AmoreTune. Every song still starts the same way it always has — real people, real instruments, and a story worth telling.
