This Privacy Policy explains what information AmoreTune collects when you visit our site or place an order, and how we use it.
02 Information We Collect
- Contact info you give us: name, email, phone number (if you opt in to texts).
- Order & quiz details: the story, names, dates, and occasion details you submit so we can write your song, plus any photos you upload for wall art.
- Payment info, handled directly by our payment processor — we don't see or store your full card number.
- Shipping info for printed wall art orders: the recipient's name and mailing address.
- Usage info: standard technical data like IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
03 How We Use It
We use your information to write and produce your song, fulfill printed orders, deliver your order and send you updates about it, provide customer support, and — if you've opted in — send you email or text marketing. We also use order and site data in aggregate to understand what's working and improve AmoreTune.
04 Who We Share It With
We share information with the vendors that help us run the business, and only for the purpose of running it:
- Our songwriting and production team, and the AI-assisted composition and lyric-drafting tools they use to help write and produce songs.
- Our payment processor, to charge your order.
- Our email and text messaging providers, to send order updates and, if you opted in, marketing.
- Our print fulfillment partner, to produce and ship wall art orders — we share only the shipping details needed for that order.
- Ad and analytics platforms, to measure how our marketing is performing.
We don't sell your personal information.
05 Cookies & Advertising
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your quiz progress, and measure which ads and pages lead to orders. You can block cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as well.
06 How Long We Keep It
We keep order and quiz details for as long as needed to deliver your order, support you afterward, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
07 Your Choices
You can opt out of text messages anytime by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email. Opting in to texts is never required to complete a purchase. To ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, email us below.
08 Additional Rights for Certain States
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we've collected, request deletion, or opt out of certain sharing. We don't sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

AmoreTune isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
10 Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated effective date.
