Refund Policy

Every song we make is written and produced specifically for your order — it doesn't exist until we make it, and it can't be resold to anyone else. Even so, we stand behind it: if you're not happy with the song you receive, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right, or refund your purchase.

If your song has a factual mistake pulled straight from the details you gave us — a misspelled name, wrong date — or the order doesn't match what you paid for, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no charge.

If we miss your paid delivery window, including a paid rush delivery, through our own fault, contact us and we'll make it right — that may mean a partial refund, a rush upgrade at no charge, or another resolution depending on the situation.

Add-ons — extra verse, instrumental version, keepsake card, high-res cover art, rush delivery — follow the same 60-day money-back guarantee as the base song.

Before we print anything, we send you a design to approve. Once you approve it, printed items are made to order and can't be returned for a change of mind. If your wall art arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted from what you approved, contact us within 60 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
